The Meriva A has separate dome and map light housings. The rear dome is in the center of the roof and uses a single festoon bulb. Pop the lens with the pry tool, pull the old bulb, push in the new LED. If it does not light, flip it.

The vanity mirror lights are the smallest bulbs in the kit -- they are tiny wedge-style T10s. Be gentle with the visor clips; they get brittle with age.

License plate lights on the Meriva A are known to corrode. If the socket is stuck, spray a bit of WD-40 on the threads and let it sit for a minute before twisting.
