How Do You Install LED Interior Lights in a AutoKitShop 10-Piece?
The Captur uses a single overhead console for the front map lights. Pry the whole unit off starting from the windshield side. The festoon bulb in the center dome is the main cabin light -- swap that first and you will see the difference immediately.
Rear dome light on the Captur is a simple push-fit lens cover. It uses the same festoon size, so it is a straight swap. Trunk light is on the left side of the cargo area.
One thing with the Captur: the license plate bulbs are integrated into the tailgate handle assembly. The sockets twist out. They can be tight from road grime, so a little persuasion with the pry tool helps.
