How Do You Install LED Interior Lights in a AutoKitShop 10-Piece?
The SK Forester overhead console is one big assembly. Pry it off from the front edge -- there are clips at each corner. The main dome bulb is a festoon, the map lights are T10 wedges. Unplug the harness to give yourself room to work.
The cargo area light in the Forester is a joke stock. It is a single tiny bulb in the rear quarter panel. Swapping to the 300-lumen LED makes a huge difference when you are loading camping gear or dog supplies after dark.
Sun visor vanity lights are included in this kit -- two small wedge bulbs. Pop the lens with the pry tool, swap, done. The license plate bulbs twist out from inside the hatch trim.
