How Do You Install LED Interior Lights in a AutoKitShop 10-Piece?
The new Polo uses the MQB-A0 platform, and the interior light housings are shared with the Ibiza and Kamiq. The front dome/map light unit pries off as one piece -- the clips are at the front edge. Unplug the connector, swap the bulbs, press back in.
The vanity mirror lights are tiny wedge bulbs. Pry the lens carefully -- the plastic can be brittle in cold weather. The license plate lights use a twist-socket design that is standard across VAG cars.
