How Do You Install LED Interior Lights in a CANbus?
The BM/BN Mazda 3 is more refined than the first-gen, but the interior panels are also tighter — Mazda really stepped up their fit-and-finish game. You'll want a proper plastic trim tool set, not a flathead screwdriver that'll leave marks.
Dome lights (front and rear): Two separate units. The front dome/map light assembly pops down as one piece — there are spring clips at the front edge. Pull down firmly but evenly. The rear dome is similar but smaller. Both use festoon-style bulbs.
