Installation Information:

1. Ensure that the engine is at Top Dead Center (TDC) for cylinder number one.

2. Remove all components of the original timing system.

3. Install the new timing chain, tensioner, and guide rails according to the vehicle's service manual.

4. Apply tension to the timing chain using the new tensioner.

5. Rotate the crankshaft by hand several times to verify that all components are properly aligned and there is no valve-to-piston contact.

6. Reinstall any removed covers and components.
