Q: Poor screen resolution.
A: The resolution is related to your car's original screen, and you cannot improve its screen resolution with this product. For example, if your car's screen resolution is 800*480, after installation, the screen resolution will not exceed this value.
Q: When using CarPlay/Android Auto, there is a text below the screen indicating safety.
A: Due to the fact that car safety clearances are higher than product clearances, some car models may experience this issue. Currently, this clearance cannot be retrieved through the product, so this text cannot be removed. Please note that this issue only occurs in a small number of car models, and most car models do not have this issue.
Q: Reverse video cannot be used.
A: You need to make sure your reverse settings are on the correct channel, set the path to AUTOAC settings > Car settings > Camera, and select OEM. If you still cannot use it after setting it up, please contact us as soon as possible, and our technical staff will investigate the issue for you.
Q: The JBL sound system has poor performance.
A: Our product transmits sound through the AUX channel of the OEM car radio and cannot be switched to JBL transmission, so using JBL will not work well. Please keep this in mind when making a purchase.
Q: The screen has changed, and some icons are obscured.
A: This is due to a discrepancy between the car's resolution and the product's default resolution. You need to adjust the resolution.
Q: Your car may have a 360°/bird's-eye rearview camera system, which is not within the A: compatible range. Please confirm that your car can be used before purchasing.
Q: Why is the connection slow?
A: When installing, the antenna is in an inappropriate position. Avoid placing the antenna in areas with many obstructions and do not place it near metal, otherwise the connection will be slow.
