Installation Information

1. Disconnect the vehicle's battery power.

2. Locate the existing eccentric shaft valve actuator assembly on the engine.

3. Remove any surrounding components obstructing access to the actuator.

4. Disconnect the electrical connector from the old actuator.

5. Unbolt and remove the old actuator.

6. Install the new actuator in the reverse order of removal.

7. Secure the new actuator using the appropriate fasteners.

8. Reconnect the electrical connector to the new actuator.

9. Reinstall any removed surrounding components.

10. Reconnect the vehicle's battery power.

11. Verify proper function and check for fault codes using a diagnostic scan tool.
