Installation Information

1. Disconnect the battery.

2. Loosen the tensioner pulley bolt to release tension on the existing belt. If no tensioner is present, loosen the mounting bolts of the accessory driven by the belt.

3. Remove the old belt from the pulleys.

4. Fit the new belt onto the pulleys, ensuring it is seated correctly in the grooves of each pulley.

5. Apply tension to the new belt by tightening the tensioner pulley bolt or repositioning the accessory and tightening its mounting bolts. Refer to the specific vehicle's service manual for the correct belt tension specification.

6. Reconnect the battery.
