Installation Information

Removal of the original fuel injectors from the cylinder head is required. The delivery pipes and electrical connectors must be disconnected. The new fuel injector assemblies are to be seated in the corresponding bores of the cylinder head. Fastening torque specifications for the injector retaining hardware and the fuel line connections must be applied according to the manufacturer's technical documentation. Electrical connectors are to be reattached to the new units.

Important Notes

• - Verify that the OE Reference Number 2645K016 matches the existing installed component prior to procurement.

• - Ensure the sealing washers provided with the new injectors are correctly seated to prevent combustion gas leakage or fuel leakage.
