Step	Procedure

6	Install a new copper crush ring onto the tip of the replacement injector.
7	Insert the new injector into the bore, maintaining the correct orientation.
8	Secure the injector using the retaining hardware tightened to the torque specification detailed in the manufacturer's service manual.
9	Attach the high-pressure fuel line and electrical connector.
10	Follow the required procedures for bleeding air from the fuel system before attempting engine start-up.
