Decoder Required (Critical for Factory Screens): If installing onto a vehicle's original factory screen, a signal decoder is almost always mandatory for luxury brands. This includes either a dedicated reverse gear decoder or a CarPlay/Android Auto smart module. Our camera requires both a stable power source and a triggered reverse signal to operate.
