Installation Information

1. Disconnect the negative battery terminal.

2. Locate the accessory drive belt tensioner assembly.

3. Rotate the tensioner pulley to relieve tension on the drive belt.

4. Remove the drive belt from the pulleys.

5. Loosen and remove the mounting bolts securing the tensioner assembly.

6. Remove the old tensioner assembly.

7. Install the new tensioner assembly and secure with mounting bolts to the specified torque.

8. Install the drive belt onto the pulleys.

9. Rotate the tensioner pulley to apply tension to the drive belt.

10. Reconnect the negative battery terminal.
