Installation Information

1. Ensure engine is at top dead center (TDC) on compression stroke for cylinder 1.
2. Remove camshafts and related components.
3. Carefully remove the old valves from cylinder head ports.
4. Inspect valve guides and seats for wear or damage.
5. Lubricate valve stems with appropriate engine oil.
6. Insert new valves into their respective ports, ensuring correct orientation (intake vs. exhaust).
7. Install valve collets and retainers.
8. Reinstall camshafts and related components following manufacturer specifications for timing and torque.
9. Perform leak-down test to verify proper valve sealing.
