Installation Information

1. Disconnect the vehicle battery negative terminal.

2. Raise the front of the vehicle and remove the front wheel assembly on the side requiring replacement.

3. Remove the brake caliper and rotor to access the hub assembly.

4. Detach the old hub lock actuator from the wheel hub assembly.

5. Install the new hub lock actuator onto the wheel hub assembly, ensuring proper alignment.

6. Reassemble the rotor, brake caliper, and wheel assembly in reverse order.

7. Reconnect the vehicle battery negative terminal.

8. Operate the 4WD system to test functionality.
