Installation Information

1. Disconnect the negative battery terminal.

2. Relieve fuel system pressure.

3. Disconnect the electrical connector from the fuel injector.

4. Remove the fuel rail mounting bolts or clips.

5. Carefully lift the fuel rail, allowing the injectors to slide out.

6. Install new O-rings on the new fuel injectors.

7. Insert the new fuel injectors into the fuel rail.

8. Seat the fuel rail with the new injectors onto the engine intake manifold.

9. Install the fuel rail mounting bolts or clips.

10. Reconnect the electrical connectors to the fuel injectors.

11. Reconnect the negative battery terminal.

12. Turn the ignition key to the ON position for a few seconds, then OFF, repeating this cycle several times to build fuel pressure.

13. Check for fuel leaks before starting the engine.
